Miramar Wholesale Nurseries’…

Once again, this is dictated by the company code of conduct, which demands all advertising be “truthful and not misleading.” MWN’s web site, newsletter, advertising campaign and sales training program reflect our commitment to fair and honest conduct.

For example, MWN is reconstructing our Web site. One area of great focus is the “Inventory” section. The goal is to ensure that the inventory listed on the site is constantly updated so clients always have an accurate representation of what products are available.

Underscoring this commitment to ethical business practices is a sense of camaraderie. By stressing teamwork, MWN invites employees to be more than workers, but an integral part of the business. Even this newsletter consistently recognizes employee accomplishments, highlights developments in the business, informs readers of upcoming events in the industry, and offers interesting and educational articles about plants, pest, and all things landscape-industry oriented.

Training includes a video, a PowerPoint presentation, a handbook, and instruction on these values. Associates are provided a list of resources entitled, “Where Can I Go for Guidance to Help Me Do the Right Thing?”
